One of the best ways to utilize bedroom space is to add bunk beds to your child’s room. Not only do children love bunk beds because they are fun, but it also makes the most of the space you have, providing more space for your children to play and have fun. A great choice would be the Sesamoh Bunk Bed by Sangiorgio, which can be purchased in a variety of bright colors in addition to the traditional wood finish.

The Sesamoa bed has rubber castors and also a wood stave base. The bunk bed allows for a 70-inch x 38-inch mattress, which is not included. Bunk beds offer not only a great place of rest for your children, but also a place to play. The well-built stairs, which are affixed to the construction of the bed allow your children to climb on the top of the bunk bed, with an option to push the lower bunk back to create extra play space or used to create a study area, perfect for doing homework after school.

My Little Bliss—My Space—My Bedroom
|
When it comes to their own space, I guess kids are right in wanting to have a really ‘cool’ space they carry memories from, right into their adolescence and adult life. I guess formative years are important and the impressions stay for a long time. So, I don’t mind giving them a space that they will linger on to and feel cared for….

As for me, you see, I have this urge to add up something personal and creative when decorating a room. I like to hand-paint things, and friends say I did an OK job with painting a mural of clouds and greens with animals wandering around, guess our junior liked it too…then I turned a few trash stuff into hangings like J’s old balls, I painted them and made a wall hanging out of it…
|
|||
|
But then it was a hectic schedule and demanded extra hours after work. It was satisfying for me though, as I liked it all the way, but then its me, there are a bunch of us who can’t find the time, and I guess I would like to bring a whole bed room experience alive for those….guess the buck makes it right here…..

Check out the Loft Contemporary Kids Bedroom that really is a knockout design. I love the colors and the sequence is lively for growing toddlers. And the practicality is pure joy. Everything is mobile and can be moved around the room to change the scheme and add something new. .

The Olive Green color scheme accommodates a twin size bed with twin size mattress, a study unit with storage shelves & desk, one storage-drawer cabinets, wardrobe and a trendy chair along with one nightstand beside the bed. Pretty much all that your young one will need in his room and to make it functional…you can do a bit of stuff yourself to add elements of personal touch..

There is this and then there is another I fell over the heels—the Studio Stylish Kids Bedroom! The classy set includes the twin bed with stylish headboard and twin mattress, one nightstand on castors, and the desk with shelves and a trendy end table. The charcoal scheming looks really cool without seemingly kiddish and it has great visual appeal. The integrated desk and shelves makes a thoughtful design, while the overalls of the design leave you pleased!. |

Bed b-u-g-s !
Kids bedding is an area that allows you to plunge into change and lively colors. We are known to change J’s bedding sets once in a while, it brings in a whiff of freshness and kids love to see different hues and shades in their rooms. There are times that we rack our brains on different patterns to team it along with new things like kids bedroom furniture set, murals, playroom furniture n child bedroom furniture, but later all the work seems so rewarding, and I often end up going through a list of ‘to dos’ and comparing it with what’s been done….
Recently saw these bedding sets for kids room , and thought of posting them. Around the world sounds like a movie except that it isn’t! The Oko-tex set (OKo set is an European certification process that ensures against any harmful use of chemicals to human health) has a jolly feel about it. Love the parachute, cloud on the sham and n the concoction of shapes on the duvet. The set has a twin duvet cover and sham cover, unless you buy the happy dot set at extra price. The dots go well with the theme, but I can see it go well against many other prints in fitted sheets. Uses 200-count cotton thread. It’s a girls set—thoroughly.
The Lantern festival set has the chicest of colors and patterns for little girls. And lots of floating patterns to keep it lively. Lantern festival…smiles. Again, it has a matching sham case, and you can buy rest of the happy set, which has twin flat sheets, fitted sheet and pillow case. The edged elastic around the fitted sheet is a good idea.
Something for boys…. I like the Carnival for its lively patterns and prudent use of color contrasts. The set has a twin duvet cover and sham case. I love the way it feels….the blue and all. Oh yes, you can opt for the Orange Mosaic, and happy dot set too…..
Design is work of …..
Ok. For all you interested in convertible cribs, I have good news. Why…..I could not have imagined such high response on kids room furniture. To begin with, expecting parents do not be overwhelmed with what is going to be right for your new born. Well, you could ask new parents, or may be parents of slightly older kids, and they will offer sound advice(call it fresh bout of experience). And for kids bedroom furniture, keep watching this space for dynamic designs and décor concepts…..and relax, things always fall into place with insightful thinking.
I am suggesting three great models —Morgan & Austin by Ducduc and the Studio by Nurseryworks. The Morgan has all the essential elements to call it the complete thing. The best features—converts to a full-length toddler bed without a conversion kit(yeah) and the cool storage draws(with leather pulls and signature orange interiors..:). All the safety regulars are in place—the finish is hand-rubbed and non-toxic, has a platform style mattress support, four mattress heights, fixed rails and a mortise-n-tenon construction.
To match up to a regular crib, I like the Austin crib that comes with an optional bed conversion kit. A neat design with the perpendicular side rails(with lock-mitre joints), looks like symmetrical and all. Claims to not use MDF/particle board, must mention all Ducduc products claim to use sustainable harvested grain-matched hardwood(I’m with the green cause)…
The Studio crib is all brains n beauty(trying it the other way). Makes use of flexible and interchangeable componentry, I like the overall concept n aesthetics. Best features—under crib draw, the changing table hideaway cabinets for tid-bits, the changing table mechanism that is smooth and easy, and the best coming up……converts to toddler bedroom furniture (read daybed) and built-in desk. All in all, it’s a chic thing with umpteen loads of attitude. Check out the finish and colors….etc etc..

Ok. On more gift ideas, crib bedding is a popular choice. There are advantages on buying crib bedding sets for young ones as you don’t need to co-ordinate on other elements. Moreover, the set never goes wrong; some part can always be taken to the toddler bed, like the pillows and quilts.

Love the Venezia set with its enchanting pastel shades. The part I like is the green eco-friendly sheets, which is the most baby friendly material for little ones. Uses cent percent linen and I like the hemstitched stripe for you to decorate. Well, its linen and its soft yet very durable, so read repeated washing as a ‘no worries’ with the sheets. The set has duvet cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow sham, and the 4 color choices are serene…

The Enzo is more of my choice (not everyone’s necessarily though) as I like some form of lively pattern for kids bedding. This one is sure to infuse your nursery with style! Material: cent percent cotton and the set consist of slip-covered bumper pads, comforter, minky fitted sheet and tailored crib skirt. The machine washable set has three vivacious colors (I really like ‘em).

Try the Emilio that almost resembles the Enzo in its patterns. The reason I post it is that it’s a gender friendly pattern and the choice of colors is fabulous. It has in place the bumpers pads, skirts, the minky fitted sheet and comforter. Do check all the colors….

Decorating kids room has become a passion now. It involves so many things, and the results are rewarding every time. It feels special. I recently did a theme right on top with lacy curtains, shadows, murals and stars.. For the kids bedding sets, with all the drama around, I just had to find something regular…..so, I halted over at Spacify for I love their kids section. And I wasn’t disappointed. Take a look at these fancy bedding sets I saw there.

I liked this Comforter set called Monster Truck. It’s more of a boys design and color, for I know little girls to be fond of airplanes and bikes, and cars, but monster trucks…hmmm…? a polycotton blend with polyester filling, the comforter has thick cording on all four sides, and I like the pillow shams. Available as twin/full set. If you like this, you will definitely like the Denim soccer set (our little client loved it). Kids bedding sets are all so exciting these days. The Denim ensemble has great color and patterns to attract little ones, and I guess the pin stuck stitching is cool too. Includes a comforter and sham in standard size, ok for most kids beds. The thick cording is great for durability, and the cotton-poly blend should fall within economical range.

For girls, I found something special—the Futuristic comforter set. It is what it looks like cozy and pretty. I know little girls will like it. And the set has a comforter, 2 standard shams and a full skirt all in cotton.
